cam-election Question Labour on Net policy

Q. Labour (and especially our own Anne Campbell) have stated their
intention to elliminate the "Information Underclass" of people who cannot
access the Internet for reasons of finance, skill, or location. Part of
the solution is the provision of free Internet services for schools and
community groups. My question is :

"Would the Labour party support local Internet services run by the
community they serve ?"
