I have been reading the debate for the last three weeks or so and think =
I have something useful to say but frankly I don't understand everything =
that I have read (that's not meant to say it's "your problem", its =
mine). I wonder by what deadline I need to have put my thoughts into a =
communicable form. Can you tell me? My angle is as a public (not civil) =
servant who occupies a senior position and who has used, e.g., PFI, =
Performance Related Pay and other "one" way approaches (but are they =
following the government's announcements over the last few days about =
PRP for teachers) whilst also attempting to steward the embodiement of =
the "other" "one" way i.e. the NHS. My thoughts relate to: "who cares =
what way" school, PFI as amortisation, PRP as a sound socialistic =
principle of self reliance, TINA to CORA (Community Opportunity =
Responsibility Accountability) and putting an ! after the A in CORA; as =
I am plying my trade in Scotland I have am thinking hard about local, =
dynamic, democracy.
So what's the deadline?
Thank you
Jeremy Taylor
