The Politics of Interdependence
a conference at the interface of psychoanalysis and politics
jointly sponsored by the Tavistock Clinic and The Centre for the Study of
Society and Politics at Kingston University

Thursday 17 (afternoon) and Friday 18 June (all day) 1999
The conference asks what are the social and political conditions which
promote interdependence, as opposed to indifference.
Philosophical, clinical and political perspectives are brought together in
this unique event.
Speakers include Philip Spencer, Kingston University; Norman Geras,
Professor of Politics, Manchester University; Michael Rustin, Professor of
Sociology, University of East London.
