New information and communication technologies will effect profoundly societal, political, and economic institutions. The ICT and Policy Theme Group is a place for interested individuals to discuss the implications of new technology. Of particular concern are electronic democracy initiatives, community networking initiatives, and the implications of new technology for the public policy process.
