Welcome to the Stakeholder Society library on the NEXUS webpage, organised by the NEXUS Stakeholder Society Group. The aim of the library is to bring together on the web a number of articles which reflect the current debate on Stakeholding in Britain. These articles are chosen both because of their importance to the debate and for their accessibility to a general audience.
At present there are two pieces, but we are hoping to expand the library as quickly as possible. Most of the articles will have been published before elsewhere, but we also hope to include new material written specifically for NEXUS.
The first piece is an article by David Marquand, President of Mansfield College, Oxford, which defends the Blair speech in the light of subsequent attacks. Also included is an articles by Andrew Gamble and Gavin Kelly of the University of Sheffield, which predated the Blair speech and was published in Renewal.
